Five steps from grease-filmed oak
to factory enamel.
Strip & Degrease
Every surface wiped with industrial degreaser, old finish chemically stripped back to bare substrate.
Honey oak, painted latex, or builder-grade thermofoil — we get it all off.
Sand to Profile
80-grit followed by 150-grit hand sanding. Every edge, every corner, every face. No orbital shortcuts.
Profile sanding opens the grain for primer adhesion that lasts decades.
Primer Coat
Two coats of high-build primer, sanded between. Builds the foundation for a glass-flat topcoat.
We use catalyzed primer — the same spec as production cabinet shops.
Spray & Finish
HVLP spray application of catalyzed enamel. Each door sprayed flat, both sides, in our mobile spray booth.
Zero brush marks. Zero roller texture. Factory line quality on-site.
Cure & Reinstall
Full catalyzed cure at 72 hours. Doors rehung, hardware reinstalled, hinges adjusted to spec.
You get your kitchen back in 3–5 days. Fully functional. Impossibly smooth.
From a single door to a full kitchen.
